The life of introverted college student Sota (KITAMURA Takumi) takes an unusual direction when he discovers a cassette tape of music made by Aki (ARATA Mackenyu), a musician who had tragically died the year before. When Sota plays the tape, his body is magically taken over by the spirit of Aki who is a direct opposite of himself in terms of personality, being fearless and outgoing by nature. On a mission to get his old band back together and bring a smile to his former girlfriend Kana’s face, Aki joins forces with Sota in making this happen but there’s a catch – every session of the two sharing the same body can last only 30 minutes.

Bringing us a fantasy teen romance that tugs on the heartstrings while simultaneously providing some toe-tapping melodies, HAGIWARA Kentaro (Tokyo Ghoul) delivers a film which will resonate not only with a teen audience but also with those of us who are young at heart.
